Two doctors, both of whom I respect, told me I could safely stay on it for five years. I thought, why take any chances. I'm heading swiftly toward the "golden years" and would like to stay as natural as I can. I stopped taking vitamins and supplements because I constantly had stomach problems after taking them. I try to eat right, so feel I'm getting what I need naturally. <br />My advice to you, Annie, is to be very careful.
